Friday's '20/20'

This Friday on "20/20" I devote the entire hour to stereotypes.

You may think that you judge people as individuals -- that you don't stereotype. But psychologists say you probably do. They say most of us categorize people by things like age, race and gender, because our brains are wired to do it automatically. We'll show you a test that reveals biases in those of us who don't think we are biased.

And are some stereotypes true? Are blacks better athletes because they are physically different? Are gay men more effeminate and more likely to become dancers?

We search for answers in

But let's face it - some of you out there are obviously gay. ;-)
