France's new president Nicolas Sarkozy election marred by violence.

Far-left activists had running battles with police across France as 270 people were taken in for questioning and 367 parked vehicles were torched.

One has to ask the question: Will "MoveOn.org" and 'Huffington Blog' Democrats accept the results of an election if Republicans gain control of the US Congress and of the White House in 2008? Will they bring up charges of voter fraud like they did in 2000, 2002, and 2004? (Voter fraud magically disappeared in 2006.) Or will we see spotted "anarchists" riots in November 2008?

Those few riots were a mere pique nique in comparison to those in the Parisian suburbs and cities of 2005. The real trouble will come when Sarkozy tries to reform, but I think he'll be able to handle them. They wouldn't call him "Thatcher in pants" for nothing!
