Watching the world wake up from history...

Former Polish President and Solidarity leader Lech Walesa, right, former President Aleksander Kwasniewski, left, and first non-communist Polish Prime Minister Tadeusz Mazowiecki applaud a speaker during a special session of the Polish Parliament in Warsaw, Poland, Wednesday, June 3, 2009.

The special session celebrated the 20th anniversary of historic elections in Poland, which delivered a sweeping victory to Lech Walesa's Solidarity movement and paved the way to the fall of communism in eastern Europe in 1989.

Thankfully back in the 1980's we had the Unholy Trio against Communism: President Ronald Reagan, British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, and Pope John Paul II. Gorbachev, by far the weakest of modern communists leaders then, was taken advantage by every freedom loving person in the old Soviet Bloc. The Polish elections were the beginning of the end for Communism.

Could you imagine what would have happened if they had the goose-stepping US politicians we have today? This is a reminder to all of us that at one time the United States of America at one time meant freedom for everybody.

This is all a far cry from the Apology Tour President Obama is always on. United States has NOTHING to apologize about, Mr. Obama. Not a God-Damned thing.
